Delta Workforce is hiring TIG Welder (Howell) in Howell, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on Stainless Steel (primary) and Carbon Steel materials.
Handle a combination of structural and pipe welding for marine systems.
Fabricate components such as frames, pipes, and skids.
Use thumb control for TIG welding (no pedal; adaptation required).
Drill holes, make miter cuts, and build angled frames.

Requirements

Experience with TIG welding on Stainless Steel; ability to handle both TIG and MIG is a plus.
5+ years of welding experience preferred for experienced hires, but open to mid-level candidates who are mold-able and trainable.
Recent graduates from 2-year welding schools welcome; company invests in training to develop skills.
ASME/NavSea qualification required (all hires must get qualified).
Strong attitude emphasized over perfect experience; must be reliable and adaptable.

HOURS

5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Friday

Overtime: Occasionally 10 - 15 extra hours per week; not demanded.

PAY

$25 - $35 / Hour
