General Labor / Machine Operator

Delta Workforce is looking to hire a Metal Fabrication & Production Support General Labor/Machine Operator! We are seeking reliable, hands-on production workers to support a busy fabrication shop.

 Key Responsibilities 

• Loading and unloading CNC machines, laser/punch presses, and related equipment. 
• Removing parts from sheets/carts De-burring, grinding, and sanding metal components to quality standards. 
• Assisting with robot welding, press operations, shipping/receiving, and general material handling.
•  Supporting production during high-volume periods or schedule fluctuations.

Job Requirements 

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, CNC/machine operation, de-burring, grinding/sanding, or general manufacturing preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates) 
• Ability to work flexible/on-call hours, including 2nd shift, swing shifts, occasional weekends, or short-notice coverage 
• Physically able to handle lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks Reliable transportation and good work ethic 
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment with varying schedules 

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 
Wage: $22/Hr
